Shedule dates for chat-playing ect. two times a month, each first and last monday (for example)

What you need is only an e-mail-address! You can have a website, but not required.

You can do it as follows:

Consider your goals with the chapter, save them and post them in our forum or send us a mail.,

give the chapter a name.

invite your friends by mail, fax  or phone to play online-chess or join tournements, to play in a friendly community. Tell them, that everything is free and without pressure.

Shedule dates for chat-playing ect. two times a month, each first and last monday (for example,)

tell them to invite new friends! Increase your local/state chess-community.

talk about your project in our forum.
